Thoracic Surgery

In 2011, we succeeded in the first robotic heart surgery for a patient with atrial septal defect in Incheon followed by April 2015 we successfully operated the first cardiac transplant. In 2009, we succeeded in the first operation of abdominal aortic aneurysm repair and in the same year, we performed a prosthetic valve replacement surgery successfully for a patient with aortic valve stenosis as the first open heart operation.
